Submissions
- All submissions should be sent with Pre-registration Form to this e-mail address: icmcs09@gmail.com
- The IEEE Standard template should be used to prepare the paper (up to 6 A4 pages).
- Thes papers should be submitted as a MS Word or pdf file by e-mail; fax or post should be used only as a last resort.

Registration fees for the Conference include attendance for two days, the proceedings, lunches, cofee breaks, the banquet, as well as tourist tour in the third day.
